A classic parka with an attractive, clean design and a warm pile lining in both the back and hood. Phil is made from heavy-duty taslan fabric and is both wind and waterproof with taped seams, perfect for all weathers. It has a detachable hood and a high, comfortable collar to protect against wind and rain. Phil has two large roomy front pockets and two hanging breast pockets with zips. It has a practical two-way front zip with a protective storm flap. PFC-free water-repellent finish.
